GENERAL RELEASE:
By entering the 2009 Financial Literacy rap lyrics contest, entrants release eSkills, LLC,
and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional
agencies, and other agents, and any other promotional sponsors, and each of their respective
affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from
any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out
of or in conjunction with the 2009 Financial Literacy rap lyrics contest or with the acceptance,
possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages
elated to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or
privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).
Contest Guidelines:
1. All entries must discuss one are all of the following major economic concerns in
America:
a. The Importance for maintaining good credit standings.
b. Impact of the home foreclosures in our neighborhood. What can we do to rectify this
problem? Who is responsible for the foreclosure crisis in America?
What have you learned? Your experience?
c. The significance of saving and investing. Our current stock market condition and its
impact on the economy.
d. Needs versus wants. Is hanging with the Joneses good or bad? Why or why not?
e. Financial Market and auto industry bailout. It is good or bad? Needed or not needed to
help stimulate the economy.
f. Will President Obama have a positive impact on the US rescission? Why or why not?
PARTICIPATION:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
eSkills, LLC, reserves the right to disqualify persons determined to be tampering with or abusing
any aspect of the contest, as solely determined by eSkills, LLC. In the event the contest is
compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering, or other causes beyond
the control of the eSkills, LLC which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper
operation of the contest, eSkills, LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or
terminate the contest.
Should the contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, eSkills, LLC, reserves the right to
award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.
ELIGIBILITY:
The 2009 Financial Literacy rap lyrics contest is open to U.S. Residents, (excluding Puerto Rico.)
Participants can not be older than 18 years or older at the time of entry In lyman terms, if your 19 years
old or older you cannot participate. Employees of eSkills, LLC each of their respective affiliated
subsidiaries, companies or agencies and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled
with such employees, are not eligible.
CONTEST RULES:
1. Each lyrics entered in the contest will be assessed a $2.00 entry fee. Participants must have a parents
authorization form signed to participate. Contest Participants can submit up to five (5) separate lyrics
for the contest federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
2. Each entry must be an own and original work.
3. Lyrics must be written in english. Entries must be 16 bars.
4. Don't use any names when writing your lyrics.
5. Please be respectful to yourself and others while writing your lyrics. This means you should
not make statements that could be taken as racist, tribalist or that discriminate against a
person, group, or even a specific school in any other way. Refrain from gratuitously sexual
content; and refrain from violent content and the use of profanity.
6. eSkills, LLC partners and sponsors will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, or late entries or for
the failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including,
without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with the
sender, partners or sponsors. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been
submitted by the owner of the email account from which they were sent. The partners and sponsors
reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any
aspect of the 2009 Financial Literacy rap lyrics contest.
7. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to the 2009 Financial Literacy rap lyrics contest rules.
8. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses or under multiple identities, or uses
any other device to enter multiple times will be disqualified. Any entrant who participates using a
nickname deemed inappropriate by eSkills, LLC, will be automatically disqualified.
9. Winners agrees to the use of his/her name and likeness without any additional compensation by
sponsors for publicity. By entering this contest, the winner acknowledges that eSkills, LLC. and all other
partners/sponsors and venues have the right to publicize his/her name, voice, likeness, the fact that he/she
won, and all matters incidental thereto.
10. In the event of a dispute, the decision made by eSkills, LLC. is final and binding.

reproduce.)**
** Violators of the contest rules will be automatically disqualified with no refund of contest entry fee.

The 2009 Financial Literacy rap lyrics contest is sponsored by eSkills, LLC, whose decisions regarding
the selection of winners and all other aspects of the contest shall be final and binding in all respects.
eSkills, LLC, will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these
Official Rules or in other materials, in print or electronic format, relating to this contest.
